Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the RepairPhone website or services.
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Company (referred to as “RepairPhone”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to RepairPhone, operating the platform RepairPhone.in.
- Website refers to RepairPhone.in.
- Service refers to the facilitation of mobile and electronic device repair services through the Website.
- User / You means any person accessing or using the Website or booking a service.
- Vendor / Service Provider means an independent third-party technician or repair service provider listed or connected through the platform.
- Device means any mobile phone, tablet, or electronic device submitted for repair.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use the Service. You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. RepairPhone does not permit minors to use the Service without parental or guardian consent.
RepairPhone operates as a service facilitation platform only. RepairPhone does not itself perform any physical repair work. All repair services are carried out by independent third-party Vendors. Vendors are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of RepairPhone. RepairPhone’s role is strictly limited to connecting Users with Vendors and facilitating communication and booking.
The Vendor is solely responsible for: diagnosis and repair of the Device; quality of workmanship; parts used (OEM / compatible / refurbished); pricing after inspection; warranty or guarantee, if any; and safe handling of the Device. RepairPhone shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct of the Vendor.
By booking a service, You agree that: You have backed up all data prior to repair; RepairPhone is not responsible for data loss; You provide accurate Device information; You understand that repair involves risk, including possible failure or further damage.
Prices displayed are indicative estimates only. Final charges are determined by the Vendor after diagnosis. RepairPhone does not guarantee fixed pricing. Payments made to Vendors are independent transactions. RepairPhone is not responsible for payment disputes between User and Vendor.
RepairPhone provides no warranties, express or implied. Any warranty offered is solely provided by the Vendor. RepairPhone disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: RepairPhone shall not be liable for loss of data, Device malfunction or failure after repair, delay, cancellation, or non-performance by Vendors, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. If any liability arises, it shall be strictly limited to the service facilitation fee charged by RepairPhone, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepairPhone, its owner, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of: Vendor disputes; Device damage claims; breach of these Terms; or misuse of the Service.
RepairPhone operates on a PAN-India basis, subject to Vendor availability. RepairPhone reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion.
RepairPhone may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. RepairPhone has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Website are the exclusive property of RepairPhone. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
RepairPhone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
